Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of asset management strategies with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), Agent Development.
- Strong knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Experience with infrastructure as code and automation tools.
- Ability to monitor and optimize system performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in DevOps.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
