Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and engineering comprehensive features that span from the user interface to the backend systems. This role requires actively contributing to the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client services. The workday includes collaborating with various teams to integrate new technologies and approaches, focusing on cloud-first strategies and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges effectively. The role demands continuous engagement in problem-solving and delivering high-quality software components that align with evolving project requirements and client expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Strong expertise in designing and managing data pipelines and workflows.
- Experience with cloud-based data storage and processing solutions.
- Ability to optimize data architectures for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with data integration, transformation, and ETL processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
