Job Description

Practice Leadership & Strategy:

  • Own and scale the VCA Commercial Money Solutions (CMS) practice across priority clients and segments (B2B, Commercial Cards, Fleet, Travel & Expense, Payables, New Flows, Visa Direct)
  • Define CMS consulting propositions aligned to VISA priorities
  • Develop playbooks and delivery models for CMS projects
  • Act as thought leader for commercial payments and money movement with clients and internal stakeholders.

Client Advisory & Growth:

  • Serve as senior advisor to issuers, acquirers, and large corporates on commercial payments, B2B flows, and operating model transformation
  • Lead end-to-end client engagements including:
    • Market sizing & opportunity assessment
    • CVP and product strategy for commercial portfolios
    • Go-to-market, pricing, and sales design
    • Operating model, risk, and execution roadmap

Revenue & Commercial Ownership:

  • Deliver pipeline creation, deal structuring, and revenue realization for CMS
  • Drive cross-sell with CMS and VAS, including Risk & Identity, Acceptance Solutions, and Tech Advisory

Execution & Delivery Excellence:

  • Lead multidisciplinary VCA teams (consultants, data scientists, PO specialists) to ensure high-quality, outcome-driven delivery.
  • Oversee delivery governance, KPIs, and performance tracking for CMS programs.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Experience:

10+ years of experience in management consulting, payments, banking, or fintech, with deep exposure to:

Commercial/B2B payments

Corporate banking or transaction services

Cards, payables, receivables, or money movement

Proven track record leading large-scale consulting or transformation programs.

Strong experience working with senior client executives (C-suite / EVPs).

Domain Expertise:

Deep understanding of commercial card ecosystems, B2B payment flows, and emerging money movement models.

Familiarity with commercial CVP, pricing, risk economics, and operating models.

Strong commercial acumen and comfort with P&L / NR discussions.

Leadership & Influence:

Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams in a matrix, fast-growth environment.

Strong executive presence with excellent storytelling and stakeholder management.

Ability to operate as a player–coach.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in strategy consulting (Tier 1 / Tier 2) or equivalent industry role.

Experience working across Asia Pacific, especially Southeast Asia.

Exposure to Visa / network economics, VAS, or NGPO-style embedded consulting is a strong plus.

MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
