Job Description
Overview:
The Manager – Business Development, VCA is responsible for pipeline development and delivery oversight to key FI and Fintech clients at Visa.
Key Responsbilities:
- The individual will bring in experience of consulting delivery and client stakeholder management. We are looking for a motivated self-starter with a track record of high-quality pitch developments, consulting delivery, and client management.
- Problem understanding, proposal development with specific clients
- Partnering with delivery teams as needed to ensure delivery quality.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Professionally qualified, with a post graduate degree in management
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of overall experience, with understanding of payments.
- Passionate, self-motivated, results oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently.
- Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor.
- Excellent communication and presentations skills, written and verbal, and ability to communicate at all levels within large organizations.Experie
- nce using financial indicators to measure business performance with a significant focus on impacting return on investment.
- Ideal candidate will have payments and consulting experience.
