Team/Role Overview:

The Employee Relations Analyst is responsible for providing case management support through all phases of Employee Relations investigations, under the supervision of an Investigator and in coordination with the Employee Relations team. The overall objective of this role is to assist in the development and implementation of workplace policies, programs and enhancements to maintain and increase employee engagement.

What you'll do:

  • Responsible for entering new cases and updating status on existing cases related to each investigation/matter into the Employee Relations case management data-base (ServiceNow)
  • Assist in the preparation of investigation plans
  • Gather and analyze data, which may include; emails, compensation, performance management, diversity, and staffing information, relevant to an investigation
  • Participate in and take notes during investigative interviews with employees
  • Assist with final investigative report writing
  • Work closely with and assist Employee Relations team members responsible for reporting on portfolio of work
  • May participate in project work as needed
