Enterprise Risk Management Data & Technology, Vice President

Join our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team and play a key role in shaping the future of risk technology at Citi. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing our strategic ERM platforms and processes, translating critical business needs into innovative technology solutions that strengthen the firm's financial stability. This is an opportunity to drive product development and continuous improvement for systems that are integral to the bank's success.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the product manager for key ERM platforms, defining the product vision, requirements, and delivery outcomes.

• Collaborate with Risk, Finance, Technology, and business leaders to translate complex needs into actionable product enhancements.

• Develop, maintain, and communicate product roadmaps, ensuring alignment across all stakeholder and delivery teams.

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business value, user needs, and regulatory requirements.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of product enhancements and strategic initiatives, ensuring they meet business objectives.

• Drive the continuous improvement of ERM platforms by identifying opportunities to enhance functionality, data quality, and user experience.

• Coordinate with technology teams and architects to ensure successful solution design, development, and implementation.

• Monitor product performance and adoption, using metrics to identify opportunities for increased user engagement and business value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or program delivery, ideally within a technology-enabled business transformation setting.

• Strong understanding of product management principles, including roadmap development, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder engagement.

• Proven experience in translating complex business requirements into detailed product requirements and practical technology solutions.

• Solid knowledge of enterprise risk management processes, financial concepts, and analytical reporting frameworks.

• Familiarity with modern technology delivery practices, data platforms, and the software development lifecycle.

• Experience supporting large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within a major financial institution or similar regulated environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a talent for evaluating competing priorities.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to influence outcomes across diverse teams.
