The Digital PM Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. Requires basic commercial awareness. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.

Responsibilities:

  • Cross-Functional Program Leadership
    • Spearhead complex, multi-year digital solutions initiatives that span multiple business lines and organizational boundaries
    • Align diverse stakeholders across Technology, Design, Legal, Compliance, Risk & Control to deliver cohesive product roadmaps
    • Serve as the connective tissue between business strategy and technical execution, ensuring all workstreams advance toward unified goals
  • AI-Powered Product Development
    • Champion the integration of AI into the product lifecycle — from ideation through rapid prototyping to production deployment
    • Apply prompt engineering principles to accelerate discovery, automate documentation, and enhance user research synthesis
    • Leverage AI-assisted tools to prototype digital solutions rapidly, reducing time-to-feedback loops
  • Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership
    • Translate complex business requirements and regulatory constraints into actionable, phased product plans
    • Track outcomes with rigor, ensuring product decisions are grounded in measurable impact
    • Evaluate competitive landscape, emerging technologies, and customer feedback to refine strategic direction
  • Risk, Compliance & Controls Integration
    • Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk & Control stakeholders to embed governance into product design from day one
    • Anticipate and proactively surface implications of product decisions; lead resolution of compliance blockers
  • Executive Communication & Influence
    • Craft and deliver compelling narratives to business stakeholders and senior leadership
    • Produce crisp, high-impact written communications: strategy memos, decks, and product briefs
    • Facilitate alignment workshops and design sprints across senior stakeholder groups with conflicting priorities
    • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with a wide range of internal partners


Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Business Management/Engineering Advanced degree
  • Experience in financial markets — investment banking, capital markets, wealth management, transaction services, or related domains
  • Familiarity with financial market data, trading workflows, risk systems, or regulatory frameworks
  • Experience using AI tools to build rapid prototypes — AI-assisted code generation for MVPs, writing prompts
  • Global product delivery experience — working across geographies, time zones, and culturally diverse teams
  • Background in fintech, regtech, or digital transformation programs within a regulated industry
  • Experience managing partner relationships as part of a broader product ecosystem


Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
