The AWS Worldwide Data & AI Strategy Team is focused on working directly with customers’ business executives to drive alignment across the C-suite on their Agentic AI strategies, business priorities, and use cases. We then develop architectural recommendations that translate those strategies into actionable technical plans using AWS Database, Analytics, AI/ML, and Generative AI services.
As a member of this team, you will partner with enterprise customers to facilitate executive alignment, design technical solutions, collaborate with sales teams to shape engagements, and work with AWS product teams to evolve our offerings based on field insights. This role will have a primary focus on the Telco, Media & Entertainment, Games, and Sports verticals, though you will also engage with customers across other industries as needed.
We are looking for a technical specialist who can bridge business strategy and hands-on execution — someone equally comfortable driving alignment among C-suite executives as diving deep with data engineers and data scientists. You bring a track record of building consensus across senior leadership, solving complex technical challenges with a strategic business lens, and delivering results with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Key job responsibilities
• Drive C-suite alignment on Agentic AI strategies, business priorities, and use cases for enterprise customers across Database, Analytics, AI/ML, and Generative AI domains
• Engage with C-suite executives and technical leaders to accelerate data-driven initiatives and articulate AWS value
• Design and deliver customer workshops, technical briefings, and thought leadership presentations
• Create reference architectures and industry-specific use cases that demonstrate the transformative potential of AWS data and AI services
• Collaborate with AWS product teams to translate customer feedback into product roadmap input
• Partner with sales, Professional Services, and partners to drive pipeline and customer outcomes
• Produce thought leadership content including white papers, blog posts, and demo assets

A day in the life
Your days will be diverse and fast-paced. You might start by developing an industry-specific "art of the possible" demo showcasing integrated AWS data and Generative AI solutions. Later, you could deliver a hands-on workshop guiding customers through real-world scenarios from data ingestion to AI model deployment.
You will author technical content — white papers, blogs, and reference architectures — that positions AWS as the leader in cloud-based data and AI. You will also support internal enablement, helping partners and field teams stay current on AWS data and AI capabilities.

About the team
The Worldwide Data & AI Strategy Team is part of the WWSO Generative AI organization. We are the only team at AWS focused on engaging business executives to align their organizations on Agentic AI strategies and use cases. We create data and AI strategies for customers, build sales plays, leverage partners, and launch new initiatives that drive customer results. We provide critical customer feedback to inform the product roadmap and serve as the "first in" team to build markets for new AWS services, domains, and solutions.
