Amazon is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join our global fleet legal team.  You will advise senior business leaders on a broad range commercial, operational, regulatory, environmental, and strategic initiatives. The Global Fleet team procures, maintains, deploys, and manages hundreds of thousands of assets used by small businesses to deliver Amazon packages to customers. You will counsel senior business leaders on all legal aspects of of an expanding electric vehicle network, building out charging infrastructure, and outfitting vans and trucks with advanced technology that supports safe operations for drivers and the community.

Key job responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate complex, commercial agreements.  
- Provide strategic legal counsel to senior business leaders on a broad range of legal and business matters.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
