The Agentic Platform Business Analyst (AVP) plays a critical role in driving the evolution and adoption of Falcon's Agentic AI Platform across business units. This position bridges business strategy, AI product development, and platform innovation by translating high-value business opportunities into scalable, reusable AI capabilities.

The successful candidate will work closely with Falcon Functional Pods, Falcon Platform Pods, Architecture, and Enterprise AI Governance teams to identify transformation opportunities, define product requirements, and accelerate the delivery of enterprise-grade agentic solutions that generate measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders and Falcon Functional Pods to understand current-state processes, identify pain points, and uncover opportunities to transform operations through Agentic AI capabilities.

  • Translate business challenges into reusable platform features, product capabilities, and scalable service offerings that can be leveraged across multiple use cases and business domains.

  • Drive AI product delivery using Agile methodologies, managing priorities, release milestones, and stakeholder alignment from concept through production deployment.

  • Review and validate solution designs, functional requirements, testing outcomes, and implementation deliverables to ensure business objectives are achieved.

  • Define success metrics, adoption strategies, and business value realization plans for platform capabilities and AI-enabled workflows.

  • Demonstrate new capabilities, communicate product roadmaps and release updates, and serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders.

  • Coordinate day-to-day execution across global teams, ensuring effective communication, prioritization, dependency management, and delivery excellence.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, Technology Consulting, or Digital Transformation initiatives within complex enterprise environments.

  • Hands-on experience with Agentic AI solutions, multi-agent workflows, Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) operating models, workflow automation, or AI-driven business transformation initiatives.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, architecture, operations, risk, compliance, and business stakeholders.

  • Fluency in spoken and written English, with the ability to effectively collaborate across global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, Copilot technologies, or workflow orchestration platforms.

  • Knowledge of AI governance, model risk management, responsible AI controls, and enterprise AI operating models.

  • Experience in financial services, investment operations, asset servicing, or related domains.

  • Familiarity with cloud-native platforms, API integrations, workflow engines, and document intelligence technologies.
