HR Manager (Fixed-Term Contract - Maternity Cover)

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and international People & Capability team on a fixed-term basis, providing maternity cover. You'll work closely with senior business leaders, helping to shape and execute people strategies that enable business growth, strengthen organisational effectiveness, and enhance the employee experience.

As a trusted advisor, you will partner with leaders across the organisation, balancing strategic people initiatives with hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director, People Business Partner, you will:
• Partner with leaders and managers to deliver people strategies aligned to business objectives and organisational priorities.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing pragmatic guidance on talent, performance, organisational design, employee relations, engagement, and workforce planning.
• Support key annual people processes, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and compensation cycles.
• Collaborate with regional and global People & Capability partners to develop effective solutions to complex people challenges.
• Drive and support organisational change initiatives, ensuring successful adoption and positive employee outcomes.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract, hire, and onboard diverse, high-performing talent.
• Coach managers on employee development, career growth, performance management, and leadership effectiveness.
• Ensure employee relations matters are handled consistently, fairly, and in compliance with local legislation and company policies.
• Build strong relationships across the broader People & Capability community to share best practices and deliver a seamless employee experience.
• Contribute to local and regional projects that support organisational effectiveness, employee engagement, wellbeing, learning, and culture initiatives.

What You'll Bring
Experience
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role within a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Strong understanding of local employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong business acumen and the ability to connect people strategies to business outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, coaching, and influencing skills.
• Broad HR expertise across talent management, employee relations, change management, engagement, and performance.

• Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable navigating change and ambiguity.
