In this role, you will own the intelligence layer that connects customer signals across the full funnel, enabling real-time decision-making and scalable self-service insights for a high-visibility, high-impact surface.

Key job responsibilities
This role will be responsible for providing regular analysis and insight to marketing channel and Devices product line leaders. This role will be expected to proactively identify trends and facilitate analysis to identify issues and that impact Devices and Amazon wide traffic. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in running SQL queries, performing deep-dives and generating actionable insights. Other responsibilities include:
Identifying customer signals across the full funnel, translating behavioral data into actionable insights that drive business results and inform real-time campaign decisions.
Architect and develop an AI-native analytics and reporting model, leveraging both traditional dashboards and AI agents to enable scalable self-service business intelligence and reduce time-to-insight.
Establish a unified intelligence measurement layer that connects customer touchpoints across channels, enabling a cohesive view of customer journey from awareness through conversion.
Define, govern, and evolve metric standards and KPI frameworks to ensure consistent measurement across Homepage surfaces and partner teams.
Design, execute, and analyze complex experiments to measure causal impact, inform strategy, and optimize program performance.
Build ETL pipelines, statistical models, and machine learning solutions using large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities across the customer lifecycle.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to align the analytics roadmap with strategic goals and objectives.
Design and implement end-to-end reporting solutions, metrics, dashboards, and automated processes to drive key business decisions and track progress against targets.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
