North America End-to-end (E2E) FP&A sits at the center of Amazon's Supply Chain. You’ll have the opportunity to shape one of the largest, fastest supply chains on the planet. We collaborate across Amazon's end-to-end Supply Chain to ensure fast and on-time delivery speed at the right cost structure. Our Finance team works closely with operations and finance leaders to surface insights, track performance, and drive analysis to optimize capacity planning, supply chain network design, transportation execution, and customer experience to deliver for our customers.

E2E North America (NA) seeks a Finance Manager who is a creative problem solver to surface actionable insights and drive performance. This role will own the E2E financial planning for NA Operations and partner closely across Customer Fulfillment, Inbound Transportation, and Outbound Transportation to consolidate financials and craft the E2E story. This is a high visibility role, frequently crafting documents for reviews with the VP of NA Operations. Our teams are rapidly expanding and increasing scope providing for a rich career growth environment.

This role's primary responsibility is to own NA Operations cost and KPI reporting by developing and surfacing insights, maintaining a pulse on the key operations metrics, and drive the narrative of how they impact financial performance. This role will partner closely with a broad range of global finance and business leaders across Operations and Retail categories. The role also has stakeholders in capacity planning teams, and Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). This role designs, develops, and maintains key performance indicators (KPIs) and reports on strategic input drivers to continuously improve the economics of the business.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
