You will independently provide support for search-related issues, deliver high-quality work, leverage our customers' voice to understand their pain points, and help drive fixes. You will learn about how Amazon Search results are generated and rendered. This role requires strong problem solving skills to identify and develop automated solutions to key issues.

Key job responsibilities
• Design and develop new tools to solve emerging problems.
• Maintain and improve existing self-service issue resolution tooling.
• Continuously identify the areas for improvement of self-service by evaluating ticket metrics and logs.
• Collaborate with Technical Program Managers and development team members to troubleshoot complex features.
• Coordinate root cause analysis and defect resolution with the team and key stakeholders.
• Identify search service changes and make independent decisions based on the available information.
• Follow standard operational procedures (SOPs) to resolve emergent issues and escalate to internal search teams. Ensure all issues are properly documented and closed.
• Create knowledge-based articles and SOPs to provide related training to various team members.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
