Job Description & Summary

A career in PwC Advisory's Government & Public Services team will provide you with an opportunity to support public sector institutions, development partners, international financial institutions, and private sector stakeholders in designing and implementing institutional, regulatory, infrastructure, and economic reforms that contribute to Ukraine’s recovery. 


As a consultant, your daily tasks and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: 

  • Participate in the end-to-end delivery of consulting projects related to public sector reform, economic and private sector development, infrastructure project preparation and implementation, and Ukraine’s recovery and reconstruction. 

  • Conduct functional and organisational diagnostics of public institutions and other organisations.

  • Support the development of strategies, concepts, action plans, and implementation roadmaps. 

  • Conduct feasibility studies, market assessments, and analytical research.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other client deliverables.

  • Contribute to proposal development by preparing technical inputs, and drafting proposal documents.

  • Support project management activities, including project coordination, stakeholder communication, and progress monitoring.

Qualifications and Skills 

  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills. 

  • University degree in economics, public administration, finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.

  • Previous relevant experience is preferred but not required; recent graduates and final-year Master’s students are welcome to apply.

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. 

  • Good communication, writing, and presentation skills. 

  • Ability to work effectively in a multinational and dynamic environment. 

  • Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. 

  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel (knowledge of MS Visio and MS Project is an advantage).

  • Ability to effectively leverage AI-powered tools.
