Within Assurance, we leverage technology, analytics, automation, and emerging technologies (including AI) to enhance audit quality and deliver insights to our Financial Services clients.Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and enhancement of software applications used by the Assurance (FS) team
- Design and build automation solutions to improve audit efficiency and data processing workflows
- Assist with Prompt Engineering and Agentic AI Engineering initiatives to support internal tools and digital enablement use cases
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis from client systems and structured datasets
- Collaborate with auditors, risk professionals, and technology specialists to translate assurance requirements into technical solutions
- Test, debug, and document applications, scripts, AI prompts, and workflows
- Prepare technical documentation and user guides where required
- Ensure adherence to PwC’s governance, risk, compliance, and data security standards
Educational Background
- Undergraduate students pursuing a degree in one of the following disciplines: Computer Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering (or equivalent technical disciplines)
Preferred Skills
- Programming and scripting experience, particularly in: Python & SQL
- Exposure to automation, data analytics, or AI-driven solutions is an advantage
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts
- Interest in Financial Services, assurance, audit, or risk-related domains
