Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with modern development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and continuous refinement of software components to enhance performance and reliability are integral parts of the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
- Strong experience in designing and developing scalable microservices-based applications.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies to support lightweight deployments.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration patterns.
- Ability to apply agile software development principles and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing distributed systems for performance and reliability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
- This position is based at our CDC5A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
