As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of custom software solutions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to optimize efficiency and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Extend.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable custom software solutions.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and provide clear guidance to development teams.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and code quality assurance techniques.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical challenges.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Workday Extend.
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.
