Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of comprehensive solutions. The role focuses on accelerating project timelines by coordinating various aspects of the application lifecycle. Daily activities include continuous testing efforts covering security, application programming interfaces, and regression suites. The position also involves developing and implementing automation strategies, creating automated test scripts, and managing data and environment configurations. Regular participation in code reviews and defect monitoring supports ongoing enhancements to the testing process, contributing to the overall quality and reliability of the software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure alignment on quality objectives and testing requirements.
- Maintain and enhance automated test frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed feedback to stakeholders to facilitate timely resolution of issues.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with complex testing scenarios.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning.
- Strong knowledge of test automation tools and scripting languages relevant to functional testing.
- Experience in designing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Ability to analyze system requirements and translate them into effective testing strategies.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Functional Test Planning.
- This position is based at our PDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
