Summary:
As a Program or Project Management Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery of business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This role requires the consistent application of established tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure that service level agreements are effectively delivered, monitored, and controlled. The position demands coordination across various stakeholders to maintain alignment with project goals and timelines, while proactively addressing any challenges that may arise to keep the program on track and within scope.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among diverse project stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of project objectives.
- Continuously evaluate project progress and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Life Sciences Industry.
- Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies applicable to the Life Sciences Industry.
- Experience in utilizing standard tools and processes to monitor and control service level agreements.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple project activities simultaneously.
- Skilled in risk management and problem-solving within complex project environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities tailored to the Life Sciences Industry context.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Life Sciences Industry.
- This position is based at our BDC7C - SEZ location.
