Summary:
As a Cloud Migration Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating current systems and infrastructure to determine the best approach for transitioning to cloud environments. This role includes designing and executing migration strategies that ensure applications and data are moved efficiently and securely. The engineer collaborates with various teams to implement scalable and high-performance cloud solutions, supporting the organization s goals for innovation and operational excellence. Continuous monitoring and adjustment of migration plans are part of the daily activities to address evolving business needs and technological advancements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and execution of cloud migration strategies ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to streamline migration processes.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support in migration tasks and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Migration Planning.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cloud Automation DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure components and migration tools.
- Ability to design scalable and secure cloud architectures.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving migration-related challenges.
- Familiarity with both private and public cloud platforms and their integration.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Cloud Migration Planning.
- This position is based at our BDC7C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
