Summary:
As a Large Language Model Architect, a typical day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. This role requires envisioning the architecture of neural networks that can efficiently process vast amounts of unstructured text data. The professional collaborates with various teams to ensure the models meet performance and scalability requirements, continuously refining model parameters to enhance accuracy and relevance. The workday is dynamic, balancing innovation with practical implementation to create cutting-edge solutions in natural language processing.

- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and optimization of language model architectures to meet project goals.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).
- Strong expertise in designing and tuning neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks.
- Experience with large-scale data processing and handling unlabeled text datasets.
- Ability to implement and optimize algorithms for language model training and inference.
- Familiarity with model evaluation techniques and performance metrics specific to language models.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate language models into broader systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
