Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement comprehensive testing strategies that enhance the overall quality of software applications. The role includes integrating various tools and processes to support continuous testing throughout the software development lifecycle. This position requires active participation in planning sessions, monitoring testing progress, and ensuring seamless coordination among teams to accelerate delivery timelines. The Quality Engineer also focuses on maintaining the integrity of testing environments and contributes to the ongoing improvement of testing methodologies to ensure robust and reliable software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of automation strategies to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster skill development and continuous learning.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align testing objectives with project goals and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to validate software functionality and performance.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment processes related to automated testing.
- Ability to configure and manage test environments to support various testing activities.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and reporting tools to monitor and communicate testing outcomes effectively.
- Skilled in analyzing test results and collaborating with development teams to resolve issues promptly.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at Client Onsite - Within India.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
