Your Job
Drive sales and business growth
- Drive pipeline growth and improve win rates through strong GCC, GBS and Captive expertise.
- Identify, qualify and pursue new GCC, GBS and Captive opportunities across industries and geographies.
- Lead opportunities from origination through proposal development, negotiation and deal closure.
- Support achievement of sales targets and business growth objectives.
Build trusted client relationships
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level and senior client stakeholders.
- Understand clients' business priorities, operating model challenges and growth ambitions.
- Position Accenture's GCC capabilities, assets and services in alignment with client needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor during solution shaping and delivery setup.
Shape client solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and propose tailored GCC, GBS and Captive solutions.
- Bring together capabilities from across Accenture to create differentiated client value.
- Shape solutions covering:
- Global Capability Centers (GCC)
- Global Business Services (GBS)
- Captive Centers
- Build Operate Transfer (BOT)
- Captive Assist Services
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Transition and Transformation Services
- Automation and Intelligent Operations
Govern deal execution
- Coordinate with delivery, operations and solution teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions.
- Drive strategic, financial and operational decisions throughout the sales cycle.
- Ensure expected client outcomes are reflected in the proposed solution and commercial construct.
- Support smooth transition from sales to delivery.
Market insight and thought leadership
- Stay informed on market trends, competitive developments and the evolving GCC landscape.
- Understand Accenture's competitive positioning within the GCC and GBS market.
- Contribute insights and market intelligence to support go-to-market activities.

What We're Looking For
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent professional experience.
Languages
- Fluency in Dutch and/or French on top of English is required
Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, consulting, outsourcing, shared services, GCC, GBS or captive environments.
- Proven track record in achieving sales objectives and business growth targets.
- Experience working in multinational and complex stakeholder environments.
- Experience leading large opportunities and client engagements.
Skills
- Strong understanding of GCC, GBS, Shared Services and Captive operating models.
- Excellent business development and relationship management skills.
- Strong oral, written, presentation and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships across all levels of internal and external management.
- Commercial acumen and experience with complex solution selling.
- Understanding of automation, talent, operations and enterprise transformation trends.
Leadership
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build credibility with executives.
- Strong collaboration and team leadership capabilities.
- Proven ability to work across multiple functions and geographies.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Bonus Points
- Experience with Build Operate Transfer (BOT) engagements.
- Experience supporting GCC setup, expansion or transformation programs.
