Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban and their practical application in software development projects.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Ability to manage project scope, schedule, and resources effectively while maintaining alignment with business objectives.
- Skilled in risk identification and mitigation strategies within agile project environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Agile Project Management.
- This position is based at the client onsite location within India.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
