Project Role Description : Lead the development of complex solutions across multi-tower and/or multi- service transformational opportunities. Architect end-to-end integrated solutions leveraging the best mix of offerings, assets, and capabilities to maximize value for the client and Accenture. Ensure alignment of solution to client’s organization goals.

Summary:
As an Enterprise Solution Architect, a typical day involves leading the design and development of sophisticated solutions that span multiple domains and services. This role requires orchestrating various components and resources to create cohesive, integrated solutions that align with the strategic objectives of the client and the organization. The position demands continuous collaboration with diverse teams to ensure that the solutions deliver maximum value and meet complex business needs. The architect plays a pivotal role in steering transformational initiatives by overseeing the entire solution lifecycle and ensuring seamless integration across different service towers.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance solution design and delivery.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- Strong expertise in solution architecture principles and best practices related to enterprise-level implementations.
- Experience in integrating multi-service and multi-domain solutions to achieve business transformation goals.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
