Summary:
As an LLM Operations Engineer, your day involves leveraging cloud-native platforms and tools to deploy large language models in a scalable and efficient manner. You continuously monitor the performance of these models, proactively identifying and resolving operational issues to maintain smooth functionality. Ensuring that all AI operations adhere to compliance and security protocols is a key part of your routine, requiring close attention to detail and collaboration with various teams to uphold standards and optimize system reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline deployment processes and improve operational workflows.
- Document operational procedures and best practices to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Agentic AI.
- Strong experience with cloud-native services and infrastructure for deploying and managing AI models.
- Ability to monitor and analyze model performance metrics to ensure optimal operation.
- Knowledge of security and compliance requirements relevant to AI systems and data handling.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving operational challenges in AI environments.
- Experience in automating workflows and operational tasks to enhance efficiency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
