BPO＋DXのビジネスモデルを最大限に活用しながら、お客様のマーケティング領域における経営課題に対し、オペレーティングモデルの設計、複数年にわたる改革ロードマップの策定、AI・デジタル技術を活用した業務改革、人材のリスキリングまで、一連の改革（トランスフォーメーション）を実現するポジションです。
制作物などのアウトプットを納品する「実行部隊」ではなく、お客様のPLや事業成果の実現に責任を持つ戦略的パートナーとして、AI活用を前提とした次世代のマーケティングオペレーションを共に創り上げていただきます。
◆対象領域
マーケティング領域を中心とした顧客接点領域
※お客様の業界を問わず、さまざまな事例がございます。
◆具体的な仕事内容
・お客様の企業・業務・システムに関する課題抽出と、定量／定性での業務分析
・ビジネス戦略に沿ったマーケティング戦略の立案、マーケティングモデルの策定および課題解決
・ロボティクス（RPA）・人工知能（AI）などのシステム導入
・AI活用を前提とした業務の型化・標準化の設計および実行に向けた伴走支援

◆応募要件(MUST)
・事業会社（事業企画・経営企画・マーケティング部）・制作会社・広告代理店でのデジタルマーケテイング領域の実務経験 3年以上
・マーケティング領域における下記いずれかの経験 1年以上

- 新規事業企画
- オペレーション改革、
- CRM・MAツール導入
・AIを活用した業務経験
◆望ましい経験・スキル（WANT）
・プロジェクトリードの経験（プロジェクト規模は不問）
・予算管理経験
・RPA・AIに関わるソリューションの企画～導入プロジェクト経験
・大企業での業務・デジタル・組織変革経験をお持ちの方
・英語力（ビジネスレベルだと尚可）
