Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for platforms, products, or specific engagements. This role requires defining robust solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands a strategic approach to ensure that architectural designs align with organizational goals and technical requirements, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural consistency and integration across projects.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing architecture.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on architectural best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM WebSphere MQ & Message Broker Administration.
- Experience in managing and configuring messaging middleware to ensure reliable and secure message delivery.
- Strong understanding of message queuing concepts, transaction management, and integration patterns.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to message brokers and middleware infrastructure.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and capacity planning for messaging systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in IBM WebSphere MQ & Message Broker Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
