Project Role Description : Analyzes, develops, and improves workflows. Identifies inefficiencies in existing processes and proposes solutions to optimize effectiveness. Collaborates with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to help them refine processes over time.

Summary:
As a Business Process Designer, a typical day involves closely examining current workflows to identify areas where improvements can be made. This role requires working collaboratively with various business users to gather detailed requirements and understand their needs thoroughly. Throughout the day, the individual focuses on developing and refining processes to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. Continuous engagement with stakeholders ensures that feedback is collected and integrated, allowing for ongoing process optimization and adaptation to changing business environments. The role demands a proactive approach to designing solutions that support seamless operations and drive organizational success.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of process improvements with organizational goals.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise and guiding their development within the project framework.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- Strong understanding of enterprise resource planning systems and their integration within business processes.
- Experience in designing and implementing workflow automation to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with data analysis and process mapping techniques to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and sustainable process enhancements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- This position is based at our PDC5A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
