Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This role includes guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position requires ensuring that development practices meet established standards, while focusing on scalability, performance, and alignment with organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain a cohesive and efficient workflow is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and quality in software engineering projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Monitor project progress and implement improvements to optimize delivery timelines.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
- Experience with data pipeline development and management.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-based data platforms.
- Ability to design scalable and efficient data architectures.
- Familiarity with data storage solutions and data processing frameworks.
- Competence in optimizing data workflows for performance and reliability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
