Summary:
As an AI Native Software Engineer, your day involves creating and delivering software solutions where artificial intelligence is deeply integrated into the development process. You will focus on building production-ready applications that leverage AI capabilities throughout the software lifecycle. Your work includes validating solutions to ensure they meet quality and compliance standards, while also seeking ways to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of software development and operations. Collaboration and innovation are key as you contribute to evolving how software is designed, built, and maintained in an AI-driven environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI components seamlessly into software products.
- Continuously monitor and improve software performance and reliability in production environments.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on AI-native development practices.
- Document development processes and maintain clear communication channels within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Application Development.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing cloud-native applications using Oracle Cloud services.
- Familiarity with AI integration techniques within software development lifecycles.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues in cloud environments.
- Knowledge of software quality assurance practices and compliance requirements.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines in cloud platforms.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Application Development.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
