Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the unique requirements of various projects and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that the developed solutions align with organizational goals. The position demands continuous engagement with evolving business challenges, adapting applications to optimize performance and usability, and ensuring seamless integration within existing systems. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve functionality and user experience.
- Document technical specifications and application configurations to support future maintenance and upgrades.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Experience in debugging, testing, and optimizing ABAP code for performance improvements.
- Familiarity with database concepts and data modeling relevant to SAP HANA environments.
- Ability to work with various SAP modules and integrate ABAP developments seamlessly.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our DDC2A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
