通信・メディア・ハイテク領域を担当するインダストリーコンサルタントとして、顧客体験を起点に企業のフロントステージと、それを支えるバックステージの変革を支援します。経営者層のカウンターパートとして、戦略策定から組織・技術・運営モデルの変革実行までを扱います。
What You'll Do
- 企業のパーパス・ミッションを再定義し、ターゲット顧客や企業価値・ブランドを明確化して市場規模を概算する。
- ターゲットとなる生活者の体験を設計し、マルチチャネルのコミュニケーション計画や新たなサービス・商品の構想を立案する。
- 体験を支えるプロセス、人材・組織、データ活用・データ基盤、カスタマーフロントのテクノロジー、ガバナンスの変革を支援する。
