Role Summary
素材・エネルギー領域のインダストリーコンサルタントとして、経営者層をカウンターパートに、顧客を起点としたフロントステージおよびそれを支えるバックステージの変革を支援します。アクセンチュア内の多様な人材やサービスラインと協業し、構想から変革実行までを一貫して扱います。
What You'll Do
- 企業のパーパスやミッション、ターゲット顧客、価値・ブランドの明確化や市場規模の概算を支援する。
- 生活者体験やマルチチャネルのコミュニケーションを設計し、新しいサービス・商品の企画や構想を支援する。
- 変革の実行に向けたBPR、システム構築、プログラムマネジメントを支援する。
- プロセス、人材・組織、データ活用・データ基盤、カスタマーフロントのテクノロジー、ガバナンスを含むオペレーティングモデル改革を支援する。
- 従業員を含む多様なステークホルダーのチェンジマネジメントや体験変革を推進する。
