O que você vai fazer no seu dia a dia:
- Liderar oportunidades comerciais de médio e grande porte durante todo o ciclo de resposta a RFx.
- Definir estratégias de resposta, storyboards e win themes para fortalecer o posicionamento da Accenture junto aos clientes.
- Coordenar a preparação de entregáveis para RFI, RFP, apresentações executivas, workshops, orals, visitas de clientes e BAFO.
- Atuar em parceria com lideranças de vendas e stakeholders para assegurar a qualidade e conformidade das propostas.
- Conduzir reuniões de planejamento de oportunidades, definindo cronogramas, governança, responsabilidades e recursos necessários.
- Apoiar iniciativas de due diligence e desenvolvimento contratual durante o processo comercial.
- Orientar equipes multidisciplinares na construção de propostas competitivas, coerentes e alinhadas à estratégia de vendas.
O que estamos procurando na pessoa que vai fazer parte do time:
- Forte habilidade de gestão de stakeholders e influência sem autoridade formal.
- Excelente comunicação escrita e verbal em inglês.
- Capacidade de coordenar múltiplas demandas simultaneamente em ambientes de alta pressão.
- Perfil estratégico, colaborativo e orientado a resultados.
- Experiência na condução de processos complexos de propostas comerciais.
Além disso, é desejável conhecimento:
- Experiência em Proposal Management, Bid Management ou Sales Excellence.
- Conhecimento em RFIs, RFPs, RFQs e processos de vendas complexas.
- Experiência na liderança de equipes multidisciplinares em oportunidades comerciais.
- Vivência em consultoria, tecnologia ou serviços profissionais.
- Conhecimento de metodologias de vendas e desenvolvimento de propostas executivas.
