Role Summary
The AVS Senior Strategic Supply Chain Manager leads strategic planning, execution, and optimization of Amazon supply chain operations while working directly with a top-tier Selling Partner and internal partner teams. The role connects Retail, Supply Chain, and Vendors to improve operational performance, support vendor-level strategy and negotiations, reduce cost and waste, and deliver a strong customer experience.

Strong candidates will have hands-on operations or inventory management experience and knowledge in fundamental business principles. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to succeed in managing a large catalog selection efficiently, identifying problems/finding solutions, and building/improving processes. The ideal candidate is able to lead and influence both internal and external teams in an ambiguous environment while maintaining a customer-centric philosophy.
Key job responsibilities

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
