DESCRIPTION:

The Business Analyst is responsible for evaluating business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring alignment between business needs and Maximo system capabilities. This role works closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements, ensuring solutions meet compliance and operational goals.

The Business Analyst facilitates communication between business and technical teams, supports process design, and contributes to solution definition. They play a key role in ensuring that implemented solutions drive efficiency, standardization, and measurable business outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
•    5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Maximo environments
•    Strong skills in requirements gathering and documentation
•    Understanding of business process analysis and improvement methodologies
•    Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions
•    Familiarity with compliance and regulated environments preferred
•    Strong communication and documentation skills
