Join our Clinical Systems Support team to contribute to healthcare advancement through technology. As an IT Technician I, you'll support clinical systems and provide technical assistance. This position offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, partnering with healthcare professionals and contributing to clinical research. We offer a supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and development in healthcare information technology.
REQUIREMENTS:
• No prior experience required
• Preferred Fields of Study: IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Additional certifications in IT support or healthcare systems are advantageous
• Strong troubleshooting skills for web-based applications and software-related issues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong customer service orientation with ability to work with diverse stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Availability to work in shifts as required
• Knowledge of Oracle-based Remote Data Capture systems and/or Medidata Rave software (preferred)
• Ability to manage system access and privileges
• Commitment to maintaining data quality and meeting SLAs/KPIs
• Willingness to participate in knowledge base development and documentation
• Interest in healthcare information technology
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Experience collaborating with clinical staff (doctors, nurses, clinical trial associates)
