Main responsibilities:
- Manage product lifecycle and integrated solutions to meet various needs of customers and drive China market growth; Keep regular communication with headquarter marketing and work with related cross functional teams for product management support.
- Build and execute product marketing strategy and plan to fulfill China market intelligence on market trend, competitor and customer demand and identify the position for exploring the potential to grow. Provide regular reports covering sales analysis, competitors, effective outcome of marketing activities, clients’ requirements and feedback etc. Develop tactics investigation deliver valuable consumer insights to support market innovations and strategy
- Drive marketing promotion through pricing strategy, key initiatives and new market development. Set up tailored action plans and keep regularly tracking the progress and performance.
- Support sales team to achieve annual sales target: Build and refresh sales tools. Provide product training to sales team and distributors. Visit and maintain key accounts national wide. Build network with KOLs and nurture new speakers. Deliver product introduction and total solution in customer workshops and conference.
- Work with Marcom team on marketing activities and campaigns: Leverage the website, WeChat to promote strategic products. Set up communication with FA and Vertical Marketing.
- Assist line Manager with other tasks related to strategic products and marketing.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor and above degree, major in clinical, medicine, biology, etc. preferably in MBA, acute business sense.
- At least 5 years work experience as marketing role in IVD industry, MNC is preferred.
- Strong communication skill with high sense of responsibility and teamwork.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Frequent business travel is required.
