身体健康、工作态度积极，保质保量按时完成每日生产任务，保证准时交货。
Key Responsibilities: (Bullets)
- 遵守公司《员工手册》规定，遵守劳动纪律。
- 听从生产线长安排，积极配合，需要时配合加班，保证对客户端准时出货。
- 接受装配工艺技术培训，培训合格方可上岗；根据装配作业指导书的要求，严格按照工艺要求作业。
- 能正确、熟练地使用常规装配工具、工装及生产用仪器设备。
- 具备装配生产线工作经验，能做到符合ESD防静电、符合工位安全管理要求。
- 质量意识：具备良好的质量意识，发现问题及时记录、上报，按照不合格品处理流程协助处理产线发现的不合格物料。
- 与上下游各工位配合，实行互检，及时发现质量隐患。
- 多技能：积极配合各产线、各工位需求，按时完成多技能培训计划。
- PPI持续改进：发现问题，应及时上报，并积极参加生产线PPI持续改进活动。
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: (Bullets)
- 能看懂作业指导书的内容，并严格执行工艺文件的要求。（具备机电、机械、电子类工作经验优先）
- 具备不怕辛苦、踏实认真的工作态度。
- 两年以上装配生产线工作经验 。（熟悉ESD静电防护、力矩螺丝刀使用等基本技能）
Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria: (Bullet 3-5 key quantifiable skills or position requirements that the candidate must have to be considered for this position.)
- 装配生产线2年以上工作经验。
具有仪器仪表行业工作经验者优先 (尤其是有装配环境监测、液相色谱仪、石墨炉、原子吸收分光光度仪、离子体发射光谱仪、气相色谱仪、离子色谱仪、自动进样器、金属探测仪、膜厚仪、元素在线分析仪等产品经验者优先考虑。
