Responsibilities:

Scope and Requirements Management

  • Works with customers and business sponsors to define, document, control, and gain acceptance of project scope and objectives.
  • Creates requirements documents for formal change control through facilitation with key project stakeholders and sponsors.
  • Communicate with both global and local team for requirements solutioning.

Project Deployment

  • Responsible for managing the deployment of cross-functional customer eCommerce procurement solutions and systems.
  • Manages project activities, timelines, milestones, and resource objectives, adhering to approved project management techniques.
  • Over sees all aspects of project planning, testing, changes, and execution to ensure on-time, stable deployments that meet customer and business objectives.

Post Project maintenance and optimization

  • Collaborate with global business development and technical solutions team to execute local project maintenance troubleshooting
  • Active and created thinking on current solutioning optimization to better fulfill China local business and customer’s needs

Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication

  • Works with Company eBusiness Consultants to gain management sponsorship and approval of projects through periodic prioritization reviews.
  • Represents Company eCommerce offerings via in-person, teleconference, and web presentations to internal and external customers.
  • Communicates with global teams for local E-Business procurement system issues and enhancements.

Technical and Strategic Alignment

  • Stays current on technology trends and software solution offerings.
  • Provides technical mentoring for business requirements.
  • Aligns B2B development strategy with the overall team strategy.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer-faced environment, digital-related working experience, with at least 2 years in project management.
  • Fluent business English.
  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail, problem analysis and resolution, influence, and communication skills.
  • Experience in planning and completing eCommerce and/or IT implementations, familiarity with IT solution delivery and experience on multiple projects.
  • Experience with globally distributed teams and projects.
  • Training and certificates in Project Management skills and techniques is a plus.
