DESCRIPTION:
Guide a team of Project Managers and support staff while serving as a strategic partner to pharmaceutical and biotech clients in their clinical trials journey. Deliver excellence in project execution, client satisfaction, and team development as you oversee complex global clinical supply chain operations. Support our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer by ensuring patients receive appropriate therapies when needed.

In this role, you'll establish and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional collaboration, and implement continuous process improvements. Oversee portfolio management, resource allocation, and financial performance while supporting team members and cultivating a culture of excellence. Apply your expertise in clinical trial operations and GMP environment to deliver outstanding service and maintain the highest quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical/clinical research project management
• Preferred Fields of Study: business, operations management, supply chain, or science-related field
• Project Management certification (PMP) preferred
• 3+ years leadership experience managing teams
• Expertise in clinical service management and complex clinical trial operations
• Strong understanding of GMP environment and regulatory requirements
• Advanced knowledge of clinical supply chain processes and systems
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Salesforce, GPMS, TrackWise)
• Excellence in financial management, including budgeting and forecasting
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Relationship building and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
• Problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Travel up to 25% of time may be required
• Fluency in English required; additional languages beneficial
