DESCRIPTION
* イオンクロマトグラフ（IC）に関する電話・メールでの技術問い合わせ対応
* 装置や分析に関するトラブルシューティング
* お客様への操作方法や分析手法のご案内
* フィールドサービスエンジニアやアプリケーションスペシャリストとの連携による問題解決
* 海外工場・開発部門への技術エスカレーションおよび情報共有
* ナレッジベースや技術資料、FAQの作成・更新
* 問題の原因分析と再発防止に向けた改善活動への参画
REQUIREMENTS
〇応募資格
* LCまたはIC製品における技術サポート、フィールドサービス、アプリケーションサポートの実務経験、または使用経験（2年以上）
* 化学、分析化学、電子工学、または関連分野の知識
* イオンクロマトグラフ（IC）の原理・構造・分析手法に関する理解
* 液体クロマトグラフ（LC）の基本構造（ポンプ、オートサンプラーなど）の理解
* お客様と円滑にコミュニケーションが取れる方（電話・メール対応）
* 英文の技術資料の読解、および海外工場とのメールでのやり取りが可能な英語力
* 試料前処理に関する知識
* CRMシステムやMicrosoft Officeの使用経験
* 技術文書やトレーニング資料の作成経験
