DESCRIPTION:

🔹 Drive Supply Planning Execution

• Manage purchase orders, confirmations, and supply availability in SAP
• Ensure timely replenishment and accurate planning across regional flows

🔹 Own Order Fulfilment Coordination

• Oversee end-to-end order lifecycle (PR → PO → delivery → invoicing)
• Partner closely with factories, logistics, and customer service teams

🔹 Be the Key Operational Connector

• Act as the main point of contact across multiple stakeholders
• Resolve inquiries related to availability, shipment, and product details

🔹 Maintain Data Accuracy in SAP

• Update key planning and logistics data (AB/LA/Z4 dates, MM, pricing)
• Monitor inventory and support reporting

🔹 Solve Problems & Improve Processes

• Troubleshoot supply and shipment issues
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve workflows
• Any other ad hoc projects assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma plus 2 years of experience in purchasing, material planning, or supply chain operations
• Preferred Fields of Study: Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, QAD, Oracle) and MRP principles
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
• Strong analytical and data management capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for vendor/stakeholder management
• Experience with forecasting, inventory optimization, and demand planning
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
• Knowledge of SOPs, and regulatory requirements
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) preferred
• English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrix organization
• Project management experience preferred
