DESCRIPTION:
Join our collaborative R&D team as an Electrical Engineer III, where you'll help develop innovative laboratory and analytical instruments that enable customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. Working with diverse teams across our organization, you'll design and implement sophisticated electrical and electronic systems for our product portfolio, from initial concept through production release. You'll solve complex technical challenges while ensuring our solutions meet rigorous quality, regulatory, and performance requirements.

Primary responsibilities:
- Performs circuit design to meet the requirements
- Proficiency in system architecture, technology selection and product development.
- Performs board level and system level testing
- Provides data required for performing trade-off studies and error budgeting for sub-systems
- Provides board layout guidelines to PCB designers
- Executes value engineering, new product introduction andthe regularlyrelationshipswritingpresenting,thatand ,etc.,Board-levelop-ampmicrocontrollers, for provides production support projects
- Evaluates Design Alternatives and providprovidese the best solution
- Extensively worked on Circuit Analysis and Simulation.
- Experience working with electromechanical systems.
- Proven capability to design and troubleshoot electrical systems down to detail level.
- Ability to interface and coordinate with Firmware Engineers.
- Working knowledge and creative solutions to address electrical safety and EMC requirements.
- Working knowledge of both analog and digital systems.
- Working knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes.
Knowledge, skills & abilities
Required
- BE/B.Tech in Electronics Engineering with at least 8+ years’ experience in hardware development
- 3+ Years of Experience in Product Development, Design Implementation, Hardware Development life cycle
- Expertise in microcontroller/microprocessor, power converters, VFD and motor controls & design
- Analog circuit design, Design and development experience with Control system design using Micro controllers, Op-amps circuits, Filter Design, motor driver Circuits
- Knowledgeable about PDLC process & Practices, Audits.
- Familiar with multi-layer stack-up design and Complex routing.
- Knowledge on EMI/EMC compliances, Board level EMI/EMC expertise, CE marking standards, agency requirements
- Design analysis DFEMA, FMEA, Reliability, Thermal, Derating, etc as per Mil-HBK
- Exposure to manufacturing & test setups like DFM, DFT, ICT, FCT
- Designing for reliability & experience in defining & executing HALT & HAST
- Knowledge of UL/ETL/IEC standards and how they apply to designs
- Effectively identify, measure, communicate and manage risks, recommend options which are supported by a clear fact set and analysis.
- Experience working with and effectively communicating (listening, speaking, present and write) to all levels of management and building working relationship with others outside of the project team
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams during all phases of the toll-gate NPD process and ensure deliverables are made as per the NPD checklist
- Provide Stakeholder updates on a regular basis and keep them up to date on the progress of the project and risk profile of the project
