Job Title: Lead Program Administration - Asset Management Services
Location: Budapest/Hungary
Employment Type: Full-time
Arrangement: Hybrid (3d office, 2d home)
Position overview:
Based in the Budapest Shared Service Center as part of the Asset Management Services, the Program Administration team enables customer facing support by running program adjustments, validating data, driving database consistency, and setting framework for high data quality in a multi-cultural customer service environment.
The team is responsible for data entry and its quality within an asset management database, supervise database interfaces, troubleshoot, drive awareness, and highlight systematic issues. The Program Admin team acts also as first point of contact to drive and test system enhancements and administer user accesses.
Major areas of responsibility:
Perform Adds, Deletes, Changes to the program within the agreed SLA.
Support Assets and Contract management by administrating entitlements and program statuses.
Set and/or maintain Customer Accounts.
Take part in Inventory management by maintaining the database and validating data.
Drive consistency by reviewing data and address errors to achieve targets set by critical metrics.
Act as part of a Center of Excellence: identify process and/or technical gaps and propose solutions adopting a Practical Process Improvement mentality.
Take the lead on new assignments and projects, in a team or on individual basis.
Support system developments as tester.
Be responsible for user account security in observance of the Standard Operating Procedures
Ensure SOP / WI alignment and/or drive documented changes according business needs.
Train new team members in processes / systems.
Required education/experience:
4+ years’ experience preferably in a data processing (or equivalent) environment.
Bachelor’s, Vocational Training, or equivalent with focus on Data, Business, or Science.
Proficiency of the English Language both written and verbal. German or French language knowledge is an advantage.
Advanced Microsoft Office user (Excel, Teams, Outlook, Power Point).
Experience with IBM Maximo or other Database or CRM software.
Experience with SAP or other ERP software is preferred.
Basic VBA (Macro) and/or SQL knowledge is an advantage.
Software testing experience is an advantage.
Understanding of Client Service environment.
Excellent analytical skills, attention to details, and accuracy in the workplace.
Operational excellence mentality with goal-oriented approach.
Self-motivation, passion, and positive attitude to perform individually and as a teammate.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and deliver and/or delegate effectively.
