Position Summary
The Client Services Project Manager coordinates Advanced Therapeutics customer projects from initial customer discussions through commercial proposal preparation and manufacturing readiness.
Ensures effective cross-functional collaboration, alignment of technical and commercial requirements, and successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with customers and sales representatives to understand customer requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact within the company.
Ensure customer needs are fulfilled to a consistently high standard.
Prepare commercial proposals by evaluating pricing, terms and conditions.
Coordinate the required approval process in accordance with established business procedures.
Lead cross-functional collaboration across Product Management, Manufacturing, Quality, Customer Service, R&D, and Business teams.
Deliver custom customer projects on time and according to customer requirements.
Support investigation of customer complaints.
Coordinate with customers to gather additional information.
Communicate investigation outcomes.
Consolidate product specifications.
Lead the creation and implementation of custom OEM Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) in ERP systems.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
Master's degree is preferred.
Experience
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or project management roles.
Commercial work experience in the Life Sciences is an important advantage (sales, product management, commercialization, technical sales support or other areas related to marketing).
Experience working with ERP systems (Salesforce, MS Office Suite) - advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of the requirements of quality management system standards - advantage.
Marketing knowledge is an advantage.
Ability to work with US colleagues in the evenings 1-2 times per weeks.
Excellent written and spoken English and Lithuanian.

Compensation
