Job Description

Work Schedule and Location:

  • During the initial six-month training period, this position requires working 100% onsite, Monday to Friday, at our Heredia Shared Service Center, and upon successful completion of the training period, employees will transition to a hybrid work model. 

  • A standard schedule of 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM is required for the first 4 months. Working hours may also vary after the 4 months between 5:00 AM and 8:00 PM, depending on business requirements and operational coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service in invoicing, administration, order management, quotations, and master data.

  • Handle partner concerns and complex customer requirements, working strictly within guidelines and collaborating with sales, distribution, and finance teams to resolve issues.

  • Become proficient in Customer Relationship Management systems.

  • Adhere to company policies, operational regulations, and training guidelines.

  • Meet key performance indicators and engage in initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.

  • Contribute to projects and assignments that align with business expectations.

  • Maintain high data accuracy and quality, and participate in training development.

  • Use daily customer service reports to assess and direct activities.

  • Participate in cross-training and support activities during peak seasons.

  • 0+ years of customer service experience in an SSC/multinational environment required.

Education:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma.
