A day in the Life:

  • Prepare detailed plan of Sterile departments and VI department operations to ensure flawless execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement world-class manufacturing practices.
  • Monitor and strictly adhere to quality and safety standards.
  • Optimize processes flow to increase departments capacity.

Keys to Success:

  • Successfully implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Exhibit a proven ability to compete in a dynamic work environment.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Candidates with a technical diploma and significant relevant experience in the role will also be considered.

Experience

  • Experience in sterile manufacturing and/or planning environments is helpful.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Outstanding understanding of sterile manufacturing processes and visual inspection activities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to strictly follow and enforce safety and quality protocols.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift up to 25 kg.
  • Work in a controlled, sterile environment adhering to strict safety guidelines.
